I mean thatās the kind of image search that anyone could put into google. Its like ālarge boobsā. Obviously no-one wants to go back and truly investigate the context of the photo, and I only glanced at it briefly, but if itās coming up on google search the most likely answer is that itās some kind of medical picture thatās made itās way on to search.
If Drayton had purposefully being trying to share and promote CP, why would he do it here on Online Arsenal of all places where he has no idea how it would be received? Itās not like he was cold as ice, remorseless about it either.
Seems fairly clear to me that he was just trying to be funny and find a picture of a vagina to put in here (The CUNT List) and it all ended up going terribly wrong.
Now, putting an NSFW picture in a non-NSFW thread with no warning - now thatās a stupid thing to do, and something no-one can really defend him for.

Yeh, I agree. If it really is on google search right there I think the site would be pretty protected from any kind of damage/lawsuit, no, as itās clearly not his property? Oh well, donāt see the decision being reversed after such a post from the mods. Poor Draytoncito.

The issue is that if he searched what he searched there would have been plenty of images he could have used that wouldnāt have resulted in a ban. The particular image he picked was vile and disgusting. And frankly, I scrolled past that image at work if anybody was watching I never would have been able to explain myself.
He went out of his way to select that particular image before he posted it. He was well aware of what he was posting. Maybe he was naive to the consequences but he made the choice to post that image.

Sure you wouldāve. It wouldāve been embarrassing perhaps but it would simply be a matter of showing them the website you are viewing.
The guy is a character, he probably just chose the grossest image that came up without much thought, it wasnāt intelligent or funny but I doubt he was well aware of what he was posting and surely was naive to the potential consequences.

I donāt really think thereās anyway that anybody could really justify what he did if Iām honest. Describing that image as gross is an understatement.
If Iām honest @Cristo and @PPB already have, and convincingly at that.
Sure, no one disagrees about the extremity of the picture, I just used gross cause itās the first word that popped in my mind, but I certainly have no objection to āvileā ārepulsiveā ānastyā or ādisgustingā, considering a brief look at it almost made me vomit my coffee and afternoon snack.

Iām guessing this image just passed by Googleās SafeSearch filter that is meant to restrict this stuff coming up on an image search. Maybe as an image linked to some medical content that enabled it to bypass.
In terms of people talking about ālegal issuesā and the like, in regard to the above, it is a pic freely displayed on Google Images, likely under the same Commons licence as the overwhelming majority of other images. There is no legal issue

Yeah, this was the issue I had. After quickly scrolling past it, my first reaction was to look around and make sure no one was standing nearby.
Iām sure he didnāt mean to offend anyone, but I assume he has eyes. Before and even after posting it he had time to reconsider what he was posting.
Someone should probably report the image to Google or the police.

Unless you are a medical student spesifically studying infant gynocology I think youād be in shakey water having a picture of an infants genitalia being manipulated by an adult hand in your internet history, if not legally then definately morally
The fact he thought it would be funny is a perfect reflection of his character IMO

We appreciate that everyone is going to have an opinion on this one, and whilst Drayton came across as being genuine in saying that he didnāt mean to post that image and I want to believe him, I fail to see how you couldnāt realise what you are posting after even a cursory glance. The legs looked like the Michelin Man in the way only babies legs do. The genitalia was tiny, especially compared to the size of the male adult hand that was touching the baby (not in a sexual way).
I have no doubt that the picture was medical in its provenance rather than pornographic, but that isnāt enough of an excuse. The posting of explicit images (specifically genitalia not just boobs) is specifically prohibited on this site and always has been, when it involves children itās a whole new level. It is entirely the users responsibility to ensure that the content of their uploads isnāt like that, and if anyone else ever posts something like that again weāll be forced to take the same steps.

Heās a grown man. And a pretty old one at that. And a grown man posting a picture of child genitalia and thinking it would be amusing in anyway is pretty sick if you ask me.
A grown man shouldnāt be naive to the consequences of something like that. Itās just not an excuse.
personally I think his whole persona was a massive fabrication, When he first joined the old forum he was a business man based in Singapore or some shit like that

IMO. Sick is getting way too moralistic with it, it was just stupid, plain and simple.
Drayton definitely posted some crap sometimes but the forum is better with him, IMO. Lengooner couldnāt post a picture like that because he doesnāt know how to use the internet but I see them as pretty similar.

Yeh, in terms of morality I think this is pretty simple, he clearly didnāt look closely enough at what he had posted and in no way was promoting any sort of CP. However, what I canāt fathom is how a grown ass man canāt tell the difference between an infant and a grown up. I mean that in itself is absolutely ridiculous. Itās a shame to lose a decent member to such a rubbish joke, even had it been an adults picture it was still pretty tactless, nor would it have even been funny.
This thread has lost itās charm - if it had any to begin with - and should probably be scrapped because itās forever going to be associated with pedobear from this point on.
