A squad on the pitch without any idea, without any organization, any plan to defende, any plan to play on counterattack or play offensively.
The squad needs to be improved with new players, especially on defense. Many italian top clubs havenāt any italian CB into the starting XI (Napoli, Roma, Inter and Lazio play with foreigns).
Calabria and Paletta on defense - Marchisio and Jorginho on midfield - Insigne (if he will play again at top level), and Berardi will be good additions.

Id confidently predict that England still in a mess have qualified for Russia now.
