Potentially Niles, Nelson, Willock can be considered HG players for the A list. Arsenal need 8 players for the A list and two for the B list to reach the 10 HG quota requested by Premier League to register a classic list.

Iâm pretty sure the 10 HG quota you mentioned is wrong because thereâs not actually a quota for HG players but for foreign players (17).
If the limit for foreign players is 17, and you can register a maximum of 25 players, the homegrown quota is 8 (plus 2 into the B list).
After the closing of the summer transfer window each Premier League club had a deadline of 4pm on 1 September to submit a squad list containing no more than 17 players who do not fulfil the âHome Grown Playerâ (HGP) criteria.
The remainder of the squad, up to a total of 25 players, must be Home Grown.
