There is a new David Ornstein Wannabe in the building…

I really really want us to sign Sancho.

Any news from real sources about us with him? The last thing I saw was that we were tracking it as you said.

It would be nice to see us sign a prized youngster for once. Last time was maybe Fortune, Jeff, and Malen and they weren’t as advanced.

I adore Sancho, but is he what we need? We’ve Adelaide, Iwobi and Nelson in his role.

Yes, The Times, Guardian and i think one of the Manchester papers said we were interested. Also said contract talks had broken down and he was taken off the pre-season tour.

Jeff is a central midfielder now and it’s totally up for debate whether he has enough quality to make it here. Iwobi is more of a creator in the Rosicky mould, less of a winger. Nelson too might turn out to be that type of player, he’s been played a lot as a 10 or even an 8 for the youths, and now as a WB for the first-team (guessing that’s just finding minutes for him, but still). You can never have too many promising young players. Definitely we need him.

Yes but you can’t keep every player or sign every player only why he is promising.

Arsenal now on attack, behind the striker, have many youth talents like Iwobi (21), Nelson (17), Adelaide (19) plus other interesting option accountable on midfield as Nwakali (19), Niles (19), Willock (17).

There is a real chance none of these players is going to make it. Apart from Iwobi whose already establised in the squad. If this Sancho guy is projected to be great you shouldn’t wait out for 17- and 19-year olds. Nwakali and Niles are written off anyway. If you’re 19 and it doesn’t seem like your close at or in the squad, it’s fair to say you are pretty much done.

Don’t know how reliable this is, but if true there can’t be many PL teams in the frame.

It’s probably Burnley knowing how crazy this market is

No, but you can amass a hoard of promising youngsters to offset the fact that only one or two of them will inevitably be good enough. We certainly have room to add more promising talent to our team…Sancho and another one or two wouldn’t be amiss.

Another one of those players we’ve been linked with for ages. Is it finally the year we’re going to buy Salomon Kalou?

^^^Carvalho he used to be highly rated, but from what i have heard he sounded like he dropped off a cliff as regards performances. Is this guy even good anymore…much less 45m good

Think it’s a club outside of the Top 6. (If it’s true at all of course  )

United have been rebuffed in their pursuit of Matic and Dier. I could see Carvalho being Mourinho’s Plan C for a DM.

After some weeks of silence, Twitter has decided to make us happy again with some rumours :hipster:

Kinda wish we circumvented youth poaching for the next few years and just invested towards creating England’s finest youth academy.

Monaco, Southampton and now City (im sure there are more outside of La Masia, I just don’t have a scooby) are doing wonders with theirs. With the money ‘potential’ now goes for it would be foolish not to throw more resources in that direction.

Do you know how many players the tabloids from the top six countries in Europe linked with us? I counted them since the 1th June.

106 different players. 7 goalkeepers, 12 CBs, 7 wing backs, 30 midfielders, 28 wingers, 22 strikers.

Should win the league with so many players :mustafi:
