Dortmund announced today that they have accepted punishment from the German FA over offensive banners during the recent match with Leipzig. The SĂŒdtribĂŒne was filled with anti-RBL banners, with some taking quite an aggressive tone.
There were also ugly scenes outside the ground, as a small group of Dortmund âfansâ attacked RBL supporters attending the match. But the German FA was unable to sanction BVB for the events outside the ground, so this ban is only a result of the banners from the Leipzig match.
