Yeah, to echo what others have said, he's not irreplaceable. If i had to decide on his future, I'd probably say "stay"... but that decision would be on the same level as going out for ice cream: "I'll have the mint chocolate chip please?" "We're out of that one" "OK, I'll have caramel fudge instead". Basically, if he leaves, I'd struggle to be that bothered as there are many others around who are as good as, and better, than him.
